The Hair Mechanix VIP Program was built for guests who believe self-maintenance is not optional — it’s essential.

Whether you choose the VIP Annual Pass or the VIP Flex Pass, your membership is designed to reward consistency, elevate your experience, and keep you looking

and feeling your best year-round.


VIP MEMBER BENEFITS

All active VIP Members receive:

  • Complimentary upgraded beverages during visits
  • Complimentary 10-minute scalp massage with service
  • 20% off retail products
  • Complimentary Deluxe Works Birthday Service during birthday week
  • Entry into quarterly member-only prize drawings
  • Access to exclusive member promotions, perks, and events

Benefits are subject to availability and may be updated periodically.

VIP Annual Pass

  • One-time annual payment
  • Full VIP benefits for 12 months
  • Best overall value

VIP Flex Pass

  • Monthly membership option
  • Recurring monthly billing
  • 12-month minimum commitment
  • Automatically renews monthly after initial term unless canceled in accordance with these terms


BILLING & PAYMENT TERMS

By enrolling in any Hair Mechanix membership program, you authorize Hair Mechanix to process payment for your selected membership plan using the payment

method provided during enrollment.

For VIP Flex Pass members:

  • Monthly payments are automatically processed each billing cycle
  • Members are responsible for maintaining valid payment information on file
  • Failed or declined payments may result in suspended membership benefits
  • A service fee may apply to returned or failed payment attempts where permitted by law

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.


CANCELLATION POLICY

VIP Annual Pass

The VIP Annual Pass remains active for the full annual term purchased.

VIP Flex Pass

VIP Flex includes a required 12-month minimum commitment.

Members may cancel early subject to the applicable early cancellation fee outlined in the Membership Agreement.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing in accordance with the Membership Agreement.

Membership benefits remain active through the paid billing period.


MEMBERSHIP RULES

To maintain a high-quality experience for all members:

  • Membership benefits are non-transferable
  • Membership benefits may only be used by the enrolled member
  • Services are subject to appointment availability and staffing
  • Unused services or benefits do not roll over unless specifically stated otherwise
  • Hair Mechanix reserves the right to update pricing, benefits, operating policies, or membership structures with reasonable notice


LIMITATION OF SERVICES

Hair Mechanix strives to provide exceptional grooming and guest experiences at every visit. However:

  • Specific appointment times are not guaranteed
  • Specific stylists or barbers may not always be available
  • Results may vary based on hair type, prior services, or guest preferences


MEMBER CONDUCT

Hair Mechanix reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership for abusive, threatening, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct toward staff, guests,

or company property.
