HAIR MECHANIX BILLING AUTHORIZATION


RECURRING PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By enrolling in a Hair Mechanix membership program, you authorize Hair Mechanix and its authorized payment processors to charge the payment method provided during enrollment for all applicable membership fees, taxes, and approved charges associated with your selected membership plan.

This Billing Authorization applies to both VIP Annual Pass and VIP Flex Pass memberships.


MEMBERSHIP BILLING OPTIONS

VIP ANNUAL PASS

  • One-time annual payment
  • Membership remains active for 12 months from the enrollment date
  • Non-refundable except where required by law

VIP FLEX PASS

  • Monthly recurring billing membership
  • Includes a required 12-month minimum commitment
  • Payments are automatically processed each billing cycle using the payment method on file
  • Membership automatically renews monthly after the initial commitment period unless canceled in accordance with the Membership Agreement


PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By submitting your enrollment:

  • You authorize Hair Mechanix to process payments for your selected membership plan
  • You confirm that you are an authorized user of the payment method provided
  • You agree to maintain accurate and current billing information
  • You understand that failed or declined payments may result in suspension of membership benefits

Hair Mechanix reserves the right to retry failed payment transactions where permitted by law.


FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS

If a payment is declined, returned, or otherwise unsuccessful:

  • Membership benefits may be temporarily suspended
  • Access to VIP benefits may be restricted until the account is brought current
  • Additional service fees may apply where permitted by law

Members are responsible for maintaining valid payment information at all times.


CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

VIP Annual Pass

VIP Annual Pass memberships remain active for the full purchased annual term.

VIP Flex Pass

VIP Flex memberships include a required 12-month minimum commitment.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing in accordance with the Membership Agreement.

Early cancellation fees may apply based on the terms outlined in the Membership Agreement.

Membership benefits remain active through the paid billing period.


REFUNDS

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Unused services, discounts, or membership benefits do not carry cash value.


CHANGES TO BILLING TERMS

Hair Mechanix reserves the right to modify membership pricing, billing procedures, payment processors, or related billing policies with reasonable notice to members.
